I would like to thank you for the assistance you gave me in selecting a solar panel system for my home. I spend a considerable time researching the market and talking to many companies that market solar panels. I found that you and Premier Solar were the most professional and knowledgeable of all the companies i spoke to. I appreciated your no nonsense, no pressure approach, and particularly at those time when I was somewhat confused with many claims made by some companies who marketed a similar produce. I now realise I asked many questions often the same ones many times. However, you always answered with a smile, telling me to be sure to compare “apples with apples” when looking at the many offers in the market. Your approach to these questions assisted me in making my final decision. It is a decision that I have never regretted.

Following the purchase of the system, I was also very impressed with the professional approach adopted by your other key personnel such as the installers, electrician and company experts who reviewed the installation and performance of my system to ensure every detail was attended to. This also included dealing with all of the paperwork and approvals necessary from ETSA Utilities. I can say that every though we have had a long, we and cold winter, the system is performing above my expectation and I look forward to many hours of sunshine ahead.

Thank you once again for your professional, no nonsense approach to assisting me with my purchase. In this modern era; when we all are so busy, it was nice to experience this type of friendly on-going service that you have, and continue to provide.

We had our 15panel 2.850w Conergy solar system installed after talking with the sales people from Premier Solar SA who were very professional and helpful in explaining how the system would work. The installers arrived on time and carried out the installation in a hassle-free and competent way. The customer service we received was excellent. Thank you Vicki for the friendly and very helpful way you dealt with our requests. We were extremely pleased with the whole process. We recommended Premier Solar to our neighbours who also had a solar system installed by them.

I have recently had a solar panel system installed by Premier Solar and I am very happy and pleased with the service and installation. Premier Solar are a very professional company and use excellent quality tradesmen for the installation of the panels that really know what they are doing!
